Our Team

Barry Rumsey

President & Founder

Barry, the owner and President of BioHarmony, since 1994 brings hands-on experience in the wastewater industry. For over 30 years, he has specialized in designing, installing, and maintaining high-quality wastewater systems.

As a ROWP-certified professional, Barry is committed not only to ensuring every system meets the highest standards of safety and performance but also to delivering exceptional customer service. He works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide reliable, lasting solutions.

Barry is a dedicated member of the Western Canada Onsite Wastewater Management Association – BC (WCOWMA-BC), where he proudly served as Board President from 2021 to 2025.

Ryan Rumsey

Senior Technician & Shop Manager

Ryan has been a valued member of the BioHarmony team since 2022. As an apprenticed ROWP with additional certifications through EOCP and confined space training, he brings expert knowledge in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing wastewater treatment and dispersal systems.

In his role as Shop Manager, Ryan ensures the highest standards are maintained during the manufacturing and installation of Biocycle and other advanced sewage treatment systems. He is also committed to excellent customer service, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and their questions answered.

Colleen Pearce

Office Administrator

Colleen is a vital member of the BioHarmony team, managing the day-to-day administrative operations that keep our business running smoothly. Since joining us on June 1, 2023, she has handled everything from scheduling and client communication to office organization.

With strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail, Colleen ensures that behind-the-scenes tasks and troubleshooting are completed efficiently, providing essential support to both the team and our clients.

Always approachable and ready to help, Colleen is happy to answer any questions you may have.

Pamela Beck

Sales Specialist

Pamela Beck is a dedicated Sales Specialist at BioHarmony, bringing a passion for helping clients find the best wastewater treatment solutions to meet their unique needs.

With a customer-focused approach, Pamela ensures every client receives personalized service and expert guidance throughout the sales process.
