• Property Space Restriction

  Having to replace a failed septic system today is a major "investment" in one's home. Finding the required square footage for a new drainage field, all the while, working within a very small area, was another challenge I was facing. BioHarmony's BioCycle Type 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant met all my needs and expectations. While I've only had this system in place since September 2011, I am extremely confident  I will have peace of mind for many years to come, knowing that "should" something go wrong, it will be addressed immediately. • Environmentally Friendly Cleaning Products for Septic System

  We recently bought a house and acreage in the Castlegar area and are on a septic field now. We researched products that we could use safely in the septic field and chose your products for a trial run. We have been very happy with your products. The dish washer powder (Ecover Auto.Dishwashing Poweder) cleaned up all the stains in the older style dishwasher. Also the dishes are coming out clean and without stains. The standard cleaner we used at first left the dishes in an awful state and we thought we would have to buy a new dishwasher but with your product the dishes are coming out fine. Rich says the dish soap (Ecover Dishwashing Liquid) cleans grease off his hands like nothing else has done. The laundry soap (Nature Clean Laundry Liquid)is good too. We use a half capful for each load and that seems plenty. Time will tell how the septic field is doing but with your promise of these products being tested and safe for septic fields we are confidant that it will be OK. We also purchased the Ecover Toilet Cleaner and the Nature Clean Liquid non-Chlorine Bleach. Both products work well. Thank-you for researching the cheapest way for you to send these out to us. They arrived very quickly by mail service so you must have shipped them out soon after I made the order. We appreciate your products and friendly service very much.

• Produces Clear and Odour Free Water

  Our BioCycle system was installed September 2001. Other than regular maintenance we have had no trouble. The effluent that we pump to the field is as clear and odour free as some folks tap water. BioCycle is truly an amazing system.

• Replaced Failing Septic Tank

  We had a BioCycle - Type II wastewater treatment system installed at our residence, on October 20th, 2008, to replace a failing septic system. The installation was planned by Mr. B. Rumsey, owner/operator of Okanagan BioCycle. The installation required the services of other contractors at specific times during the installation process, all of which were coordinated by Mr. Rumsey, in a manner which allowed for a timely finish of the project, and with minimal disruption of our daily household function. Our system is working well and we feel very pleased, through the use of our BioCycle system, to be able to treat our environment with the respect that it deserves. We would highly recommend this type of system, and Okanagan BioCycle, to anyone who is seeking an environmentally friendly solution to the treatment of their household wastewater.
